Welcome to the Account Help page where you can access self-serve functions to resolve login and account issues.

Logging into the COG Member Web Site using ID.me Login Credentials?

 

If you are trying to access the COG Member Web site using the NCI CTEP Single-Sign-On (SSO) federated authentication system, simply click the ID.me link and follow the steps.

This login option requires that you have a CTEP-IAM account linked to your ID.me account. Please note this option is only available if your COG password is not expired. If your COG password is expired, go to the Change Password section.

Forgot Password or Username?

 
If you forgot your COG username or password, you can retrieve them via the Account Password Reset page. This page can also be accessed via the Forgot Password link on the COG Member Web site login page.

Account Locked?

 

Your COG Member Web site account is automatically locked after five (5) unsuccessful login attempts. This is a security measure to ensure that COG data is safe and secure. When your account is locked, an email is automatically sent to your COG registered email address within 15 minutes to provide you with the information necessary to unlock your account.

You can also unlock your account via the Account Unlock page.

Change Password

 

By default, your password expires 90 days after it is changed. If you don’t change your password prior to the expiration date, the next time you attempt to login to the COG Member Web site, you will be directed to the Change Password page to update your password.

Prior to expiration, you can change your password at any time by logging into the COG Member Web site and clicking the My Account link at the top right corner of the home page. The 90-day clock resets each time you change your password.
